Over 12 years of experience delivering healthcare technology and EMR solutions across clinical, non-profit, and enterprise environments. His career includes leading EMR implementations, integrations, and workflow redesigns across North America and APAC.
In 2013, he joined InputHealth (CHR), where he led 150+ implementations, and worked closely with academic institutions, mental health networks, and public health organizations. This work continued at TELUS Health and TELUS Digital with further emphasis on analytics and delivery optimization.

He now focuses on aligning operations, data, and technology—helping healthcare organizations turn fragmented systems into practical, outcome-driven solutions across EMR consulting, implementation strategy, and analytics enablement.

Analytics Lead
Alena brings 13 years of analytics experience, with the last 7 years devoted to healthcare and health benefits. She focuses on designing end-to-end analytics solutions that begin with real client challenges and extend through data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence.
In 2020, Alena joined TELUS Health, where she led analytics projects for enterprise clients. She designed and delivered dozens of analytics solutions, several of which were rolled out nationally to support large healthcare organizations in understanding performance, and utilization. In 2025, she joined a health benefits organization where she leads analytics initiatives in predictive analysis, population health, and AI-embedded reporting.
Alena partners with practices and healthcare organizations to build analytics environments that support operational performance, utilization analysis, and financial decision-making. She stays current with evolving analytics tools and approaches to ensure the solutions remain modern, efficient, and aligned with client goals.
