Our management team all bring 15–30+ years of individual expertise in medical billing, office management, and electronic medical records (EMRs) with hands-on experience across multiple EMR platforms since our founding.

We have partnered directly with InputHealth (now TELUS Collaborative Health Record / CHR) and provide custom database development and advanced analytics for multiple EMR platforms. Tina Hildebrand

Executive Director

Over 25 years of experience in medical billing. She joined the C.W. Wiebe Medical Centre in 1999 as a billing specialist and in 2009 was promoted to billing manager. As manager she maximized the payment of 50+ providers — handling $15 million in annual payments.

Tina is excited to have joined the Timely Care Billing team in 2024 as the Director of Medical Billing. Her focus is on business expansion, client relations and staff management.

Linda Hiebert

Founder

Over 40 years of medical billing experience in a variety of specialties. Founded Code-Med (now Timely Care Billing) in 2001 after managing the billing department at the C.W. Wiebe Medical Centre. Under her leadership, we have expanded our billing service to 450+ Physicians managing over 100 million in annual payments.

Linda is excited to expand our successful billing and management services across Canada.

Nathan Hiebert

Partner, Business Development

A seasoned EMR specialist specializing in data and analytics. His career began at Timely Care Billing in 2002. In 2017, he joined InputHealth (CHR) as a partner, later serving as Director of Data and Analytics at TELUS Health. In 2024, he rejoined Timely Care Billing to drive expansion in EMR consulting, custom analytics, and advanced reporting solutions.

Working with all EMR vendors, we build custom databases, analytics, and reporting where native EMR tools fall short—helping practices unlock deeper insights, streamline workflows, and maximize efficiency.

Maryann Sawlewicz

Partner, Controller

Over 20 years of medical billing experience joining Timely Care Billing in 2005.

Specializing in Psychiatric in-patient and private clinic billing. In addition organizes office operations, procedures and all accounting related activities.
